How we pack

Plants are stabilised in their pots and protected with recyclable materials so they arrive in good condition. We choose packaging suited to each plant size and type.

Delivery areas

We ship across Australia. Metro areas typically receive orders within a few business days; regional delivery may take longer. Exact timeframes depend on your location.

When your plant arrives

Unpack as soon as possible and place the plant in appropriate light. Water only if the soil is dry. Check the care sheet included in your order for plant-specific advice.
